The property was very clean upon arrival. Check in was super easy and the host communicated everything. Checkout was ridiculously easy, honestly the easiest check out I've ever experienced. Property is close to downtown and some good restaurants close enough to walk to. Should my group find ourselves in town again next year we will definitely be looking to book here again!

This place is rough. It is located in a part of town that did not feel safe --the pictures look nice, but several in our group commented that it seemed like they'd put "lipstick on a pig" with the renovation that was done here. It had one "10.0" review prior to arrival, so we're expecting a nice and well-managed place, but that wasn't the case.Hosts were difficult to reach prior to arrival. When we arrived, we found that beds had not been made and towels had not been washed. To their credit, hosts sent housekeeping back to the house that evening to remake the beds. Showers did not have any shampoo/body wash out -- we found lots of condition and one bottle of shampoo in a closet downstairs, and one bottle of body wash in a closet upstairs. Definitely not appropriately stocked, though, and shouldn't be that hard to find. Furniture is dirty and worn, and the coffee table collapsed when we set a laptop on it -- turned out they had attached each leg with one screw, rather than the two it required. Drinking glasses were chipped. There is a random batch of canned vegetables at the bottom of a cabinet. Kind of like the 4 bottles of half-used conditioner in bathroom closet, it didn't seem set up to host guests. Our last evening there was a rainstorm and water came pouring in the kitchen and dripping down the rafters. It also came in through the window in a downstairs bedroom. It was clear the house was not flashed properly and that the window was not properly installed.
